a really fun, colourful piece for the modern home decor! this rug has been hand block printed with only two pieces of the LUNA tileset, resembling quarter sections of circles, evoking a retro, modernist geometry. the luminous colours (purple, light blue, yellow and neon red) are toned down by the coarse texture of the natural jute.

the rug has been assembled from three pieces, two pieces are attached at each end using the full quarter motif, to the main body using the circle band motif, and they’re stitched together with matching neon red and purple threads. a very playful layout, a cheerful addition to the contemporary home interior!

the rug is 78cm wide and 178cm long (including the 10cm long tassels - connected with light blue and light yellow trims). top layer and backing material: 100% jute. wipe clean only. handmade in scotland.
