purchasing products from stock
availability
zitozza products are handmade. every product on display is subject to availability. every piece is individually made. in the case of a product available to be made to order, it is clearly displayed in the product’s description. this applies to rugs, cushions and lampshades as shown on these pages of our website.
while we make every effort to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible, screen display can vary widely thus we cannot be held liable for any colour or surface differences between the online depiction and the actual product received.
in the unlikely case of an error or incorrect information in the display of the product’s availability or pricing, we reserve the right to cancel your order, in which case we will let you know and you will be fully refunded.
pricing
all prices on our website are in GBP and include all taxes applicable in the UK. payments are made payable in GBP. payments are taken at the time of ordering.
payments are processed by our website provider’s integrated payment solutions securely and with encryption. we can take payments from visa, mastercard, american express, apple pay and paypal systems.
we reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.
conditions of sale
once the order has been confirmed by the customer (by clicking “confirm order” on this website), the customer has agreed to pay for the goods at the prices displayed on the website including any delivery charges or any additional charges. a confirmation email will be sent as acknowledgement.
the goods will be then posted to the customer’s address. once payment has been taken, the order cannot be cancelled by the customer.
on the rare occasions the order cannot be completed, zitozza reserves the right to cancel your order at any time in which case we will let you know and you will be fully refunded.
made to order services
any product that is not clearly displayed on the website as to be available or in stock, is made to order.
any sample and any customised sample or product of any design specified by the customer is also made to order and the same terms apply.
sample specifications
products and samples are made to order to the customer’s requirements - these are specified through the product description, the customisation forms or through additional communication if necessary.
colour specification on our website is an indication only. if a colour on a made to order sample or product needs to be matched to a particular shade, it is the customer’s responsibility to let us know and send us a sample to which we can match it to. this may impact delivery times.
all printed fabrics are supplied as not rated for fire retardancy unless requested by the customer. if requested, the correct standard (e.g. domestic upholstery, outdoor, contract etc) must be specified by the customer. the cost of any such treatment will be included in the final quote and is only available to customers in the UK.
quotes for Bespoke products and any custom designs based on sample orders
when a confirmed, paid for and fully specified sample order for a custom pattern is completed, it is sent to the customer with a quote for their end length / product. samples are designed and quotes are calculated based on the information supplied by the customer.
the quote is always attached to the individual sample order and thus the information submitted by the customer. in case the specifications change (e.g. a larger quantity of the fabric is required to be printed in the sampled design), zitozza reserves the right to change or withdraw the quote. the purchase price of samples are non-refundable but will be discounted from the quote.
both the design sample and the price quote must be approved by the customer prior to agreeing to a custom design / product order.
once the sample is approved and the quote is confirmed in writing, an invoice is sent to the customer. payments for invoices for custom orders are to be made via BACS transfer or card payment to the account details stated on the invoice. invoices are payable in GBP, in full, including any delivery charges or any additional charges. orders will only be completed upon receipt of payment.
products made to order
some products on our website are made to order based on previously sold products. these can be pre-ordered as a simple purchase. payment is required in full at the time of pre-ordering. lead times are advised on the individual product page.

lead times
made to order products take a longer time to dispatch, we will give you an approximate date with your confirmation. we make every effort to be able to give as accurate lead times as possible, but completion dates cannot be guaranteed.
DELIVERY
all goods sold by zitozza are dispatched from mainland scotland, united kingdom.
dispatch & delivery times
estimated dispatch times for products in stock are between 2-3 days. dispatch times of made to order samples and products advised on their individual pages and description and may depend on specification. all dispatch times are guidance only, not guaranteed.
dispatch times of entirely custom made designs based on an approved custom sample are subject to individual estimates and these are provided upon quote.
we always use a tracked service and their estimated delivery times will be sent to you when we send you the tracking details for your order. delivery times might take a further 2-3 days from dispatch within mainland UK but are subject to change and zitozza will not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from any delay after dispatch.
delivery costs
delivery of any products in stock or made to order are charged at £5 to sales in mainland UK.
cost of delivery of custom orders are calculated based on size and weight and a delivery estimate will be provided with your sample and quote for your custom order.
delivery outside UK (including EU)
delivery of regular stock outside the UK is charged per item, £15 / item to all countries in the EU, and £25 / item to all states of the USA.
deliveries elsewhere, and bespoke items may be arranged to be delivered outside the UK, subject to individual quotes and lead times.
if your order is being delivered outside the UK please be aware you may have to pay import duty or other charges. customs charges or any other charges related to overseas delivery are not the responsibility of zitozza.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
if in any case you are not satisfied with your order, you must let us know within 14 days.
we can only refund and accept return of items purchased within 28 days of receipt.
exceptions
we cannot accept the return of any product or fabric that has in any way been cut, modified, treated or processed by the customer.
products made to order, samples printed to order, or any other custom made product or fabrics are tailored to the customer’s specifications and therefore these are not possible to be refunded or returned unless they are faulty (e.g. dented lampshade, torn fabric, etc.)
imperfections of the hand printing process and yarn variety or slubs in the weave of the base cloths are part of the handmade and natural design process and are not accepted as product faults.
conditions for refunds
delivery of returned goods, any cost, packaging material or any other necessities are the responsibility of the customer. in order for a refund to be processed we must receive it in the original condition.
zitozza cannot accept unauthorised returns and cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
if we are satisfied with the conditions we received the returned goods in, we will issue a refund of the product price within 30 days. original delivery costs are non-refundable.
