brand new for 2024! this new set is just the latest instalment of motifs to create rich, bold and architecturally inspired textile prints. TÉGLA translates as “brick” from hungarian, and it is full of connective, rectangular elements that lend themselves to brickwork-like, building-inspired abstract, geometric patterns.

TÉGLA is also one of our most extensive sets to date, with over 20 separate printing blocks that take inspiration from facade details and brickwork. these blocky, geometric prints with the right colours can work well in the simplest arrangements in monochrome as coordinator fabrics as well as in complicated, square and rectangular designs - we also have some corner motifs included that help us frame rugs and border prints, perhaps resembling a bit of mesoamerican and aztec looking patterns (especially on our heavyweight jute rugs - also new for 2024!)
